April and Eric were married on 08.09.08 at Second Calvary Baptist Church in Columbia, SC.

We spent most of the day with them while they got ready at the Marriot hotel in Columbia, SC and after the wedding we returned where the reception was held in a few of the ballrooms that had been joined.

Shannon of Shannon Baker Weddings and Events did most of the behind the scenes directing for the wedding, and she was wonderful to work with.

The music during the reception was provided by Sweet Dreams the band until 11:00 when April and Eric departed to their suite.

The photography was provided by our good friends Clark and Becki Berry of Clark Berry Photography and we had a great time feeding off of each others creativity throughout the day!!

Congratulations April and Eric!!

Emily and Matt’s First Dance

Earlier this year we filmed Emily and Matt’s wedding in Charleston, SC, and were astounded at the love, emotion and just all around fun had by everyone that attended.

Their wedding was a 100% destination wedding to Charleston, SC. I don’t think that I met one person that was from anywhere even remotely close to Charleston and that in and of itself was an amazing thing as this was no small wedding!! Even the photographer, Gene Higa, came all the way from California

Anyway.. Back to the love, emotion and fun!! :-) The entire time that we were around Emily and Matt it was overly appearant that this was definately the best day of their lives and they couldn’t wait to be married.

Anytime one of them talked about the other you could literally feel the sincerity deep down. They also did many sweet things for each other such as giving each other presents and notes. Matt even gave Emily a journal that he had been keeping the entire time that they were engaged!! Talk about emotional!!!

Their entire movie that we are creating shows the emotion of that day (actually days as we covered the rehearsal dinner too) and I would love to share the whole thing, but I picked their first dance segment.

Why…
Because Marianna edited the dances and when she was done I was blown away by what she had done. She edited the footage we had captured into a exact replica of the feeling of that moment and even though there are TONS of other segments from the movie that are great I just had to share it and I hope that anyone reading will join me in telling her what a good job she did!!

Good job Babe!!!! :-)

BTW.. Their wedding was at St. Luke’s Chapel at MUSC in Charleston, SC and the reception was held at Boone Hall Plantation at the Cotton Dock.

Amy and Brent were married on 07.26.08 at the River Center at Saluda Shoals park in Columbia ,SC.

The cereomony was held next to the gazebo ouside, where The Jackson Sisters String Quartet provided some awesome instrumentals for all of the guest.

The reception was at the River Center also where The Men of Distinction played until Amy and Brent departed at 7:00pm.

We were extatic to work alongside our good friends Clark and Becki of Clark Berry Photography and we. Stay tuned to Clarks Blog for some wedding day preview images. Speaking of wedding day photos, we are extremely excited about integrating the photos Clark and Becki captured along with the video captured from Amy and Brents love story session, Bridal photo session, and wedding day coverage into a extremely unique wedding video.

We also did a very thorough interview before the wedding day where Amy and Brent got to talk about how they met and grew to love each, and things that they are looking forward to. This footage will also be blended into their final wedding movie.

Below is the trailer we made for Amy and Brent

STAY TUNED FOR A WEDDING DAY SLIDESHOW FROM CLARK BERRY PHOTOGRAPHY

Patrick Hogan and Fallon Koon’s spectacular wedding was held on 07.19.08 at Riverland Hills Baptist Church.  The reception followed at Spring Valley Country Club where Terry Lee and the GTs with EastCoast Entertainment kept the music and party going until 11:30.

The directing and design work was provided by  Craig Houston and his team of talented designers with White Tent Event and they did a phenomenal job at making everything as perfect as it could possibly be.  Even though Riverland Hills Baptist Church is very large it was transformed into a paradise of flowers and candles and had a much more intimate feel.  The careful attention to design and details at the reception was also no easy feat.  We had never seen Spring Valley Country Club look so nice.  Many elements such as ceiling lighting that drifted around, pin lighting in the flowers, on the cake, and on other details, floating candles, etc. turned the place into something that I never dreamed possible.

Photography for the event was provided by Ralph Johnson Photographics, and we enjoyed working alongside Ralph and his assistant all day.

Below is their wedding trailer that showcases the tip of the iceberg of what we captured that day.
Congratulations Patrick and Fallon!!!

We have been tirelessly working on Scott & Amanda’s wedding movie edit for around a month now, and its only a few hours away from being completed.  Even though its been one of our longer edits we are also sad to be delivering it.

Scott and Amanda chose to have extended coverage by us which included the rehersal dinner and almost the full wedding day.  The edit was extremely involved and pushed our creativity to new limits.  One of the very unique things was that we had over 40 minutes worth of toast audio from the rehearsal dinner.  We took all of these toasts and blended them in a way so that they made maximum impact in the given segment of the movie that they played in.

At the rehearsal dinner Scott gave a toast toward the end of the night sharing his gratitude to everyone that came and exclaming his joy of becoming a part of Amanda’s family.  As I storyboarded the movie and was listening to everyone’s toast, I immediately knew that Scott’s toast belonged right before Amanda’s Grand entrance at the church.

Below is a short segment of pulled out of their wedding movie that showcases our careful attention to detail in music and visuals and also our very unique style of blending various events to make the most emotional wedding movie possible. (This segment is centered around Amanda’s Grand entrance that I mentioned above)

Sorry for the abrupt beginning and ending of this segment from their movie!!  I tried my best to include as much as I could but because of upload restrictions I was limited to what you see.

Feel free to browse our blog to see the introduction segment of Scott and Amanda’s movie

Their complete movie from beginning to end came to be one hour and twenty six minutes.  We also have had many questions about the introduction piece of their movie that we recently posted and one of the main ones has been “is this really a part of their wedding movie or just a small highlight piece??”  Yes it is their movie and the entire production has the same feel of excitement and emotion, we provide the highest quality possible for the complete wedding movie.  Although it is fairly standard in our industry to provide a high quality and polished three - five minute piece Marianna and I pride ourselves in providing a complete production that will leave you in tears time and time again.

Kelly and Bradley were married at Wintergreen Woods on May 25th.  We enjoyed spending their special day with them and loved all of the unique elements that they had around the entire location and throughout their ceremony.

We had the pleasure of working alongside Patty Hallman and her assistant Corey of Patty Hallman photography.

The reception was also at Wintergreen where Geoff from SoundQuest Dj’s kept the dance floor crowded until Kelly and Bradley departed via a bubble sendoff at 11:00pm.

Congratulations Kelly and Bradley!

Here is the first thirteen minutes of Scott and Amanda’s wedding movie.
At their rehearsal dinner they had many, many wonderful toasts that we were so glad that we had the opportunity to preserve for them. With all of those toasts, we aimed to include them in their movie in a non-traditional fashion- just like we do all rehearsal dinner toasts (and everything else for that matter).  So, we are blending all of the toasts throughout the entire movie and fitting individual toasts with visuals that make the toast have even more impact and keep the story flowing well.
This is a just a teaser of what we have done for Scott and Amanda. Some of the more emotional toasts and segments of the movie are actually later on in their movie. We are still working on their edit and may post some more clips before its all said and done.

WARNING!! This clip cuts off very abruptly in the middle of someones toast. This was the longest run time that we could have without severely comprimising the quality of this posted portion.

Hope you enjoy.

This golf outing was a part of Jon’s pre wedding plans that he wanted us to cover.  He took all of the special guys involved in the wedding out to Golden Hills in Lexington, SC.  It was a fun time for everyone.  In fact, I dont even know if I or anyone else that went knows who won because we were all having so much fun!! LOL   The song was chosen because of the golfing skills that everyone exhibited that day ;-0.  The sand, ponds, woods, peoples backyards or anywhere else other than the greens seemed to be the target for the ball.
