Sara Rentz and Seth Krisnow were married on 05.14.2011.
Their wedding ceremony was held in one of the gardens on the Governor’s Mansion complex in Columbia, SC. The reception was also at the Governor’s Mansion, and was held on the mall where a few clear tents were set up between the fountain and the Lace house.
I have to give mad props to Sara and Seth!!!
All week prior to their wedding, Marianna and I monitored the weather and as Saturday drew closer it continued to look bleak. As we began filming it looked as if the clouds were going to break, but that changed quickly. As we were capturing preparations the sky turned black and the bottom absolutely fell out. It continued to rain hard for about 20 minutes and then backed off to a scattered drizzle for the next few hours.
We have been involved in some weddings were the rain was an obvious downer to the couple, but not Sara and Seth! They continued through the day like absolutely nothing out of the ordinary had happened. Even after treading through some of the muddy gardens and staining the bottom 6 inches of her dress Sara continued to smile and have a wonderful time and Seth was right alongside with the same attitude!!

Thanks so much for your kind words. We overheard about the emergency going on with Seth’s dad and wanted to go ahead and get it completed as quickly as possible so we sidelined everything else and have been non stop on it since the wedding. I hope that he gets to see it and it makes him feel as if he was a part of their special day!

LOL…It was just an unbelievable weekend! I am not a hot weather kinda girl but after our visit I’m ready to move! My daughter and I danced all night! It was just…FANTASTIC! Courtney (my daughter) has already picked out her candy for her wedding “candy bar”! Every person involved in every aspect of the entire wedding production deserves a big KISS!
