We are constantly pursuing ways of making our videos on the web the absolute best quality without taking a long time to download.  

Unfortunately extreme video quality and fast download speed do not typically go hand in hand. We have found a exceptionl comprimise between the two however you may run into some slight issues playing the videos on our website.

The biggest problem we have heard is how sometimes videos will stutter or pause when they are playing. This is typically caused because the video is playing faster than your computer can download it from the internet. The best way to handle this is to click the pause button in the lower left corner of the video and allow the video to fully load to your computer. Once it has loaded you can then click play again and it will play without any stutering or pauses.
